
Job Description:
- Design and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy across all Lines of Business (LOBs).
- Manage hiring requirements in line with the approved AOP, ensuring a balanced sourcing mix with emphasis on cost efficiency.
- Lead diversity hiring initiatives to strengthen organizational inclusivity.
- Enhance the candidate experience throughout the pre- onboarding and post- onboarding stages.
- Implement measures to minimize offer dropouts and reduce early attrition.
- Drive campus engagement through hiring plans, employer branding, MT onboarding programs, leadership talks, and year- round initiatives with premier institutions.
- Oversee transformation projects within the Talent Acquisition function, focusing on digitization and process optimization.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent, positioning the company as an Employer of Choice.
- Lead and motivate the Talent Acquisition team to achieve defined metrics while maintaining high levels of engagement.
- Prepare and present hiring analytics and reports to management as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition.
- Ensure all responsibilities are carried out in alignment with company values, policies, and the Code of Conduct.
