Description
- Own and drive the end-to-end Talent Acquisition charter for the India GCC.
- Design and implement TA strategies aligned with global workforce needs.
- Partner closely with Business and Leaders for workforce planning and capability building.
- Drive leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and diversity hiring programs.
- Build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team with strong delivery discipline.
- Implement recruitment automation, analytics, and best-in-class candidate experience practices.
- Monitor market trends for compensation, talent availability, and emerging skill sets.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and reporting for all hiring processes.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proven expertise in the Technology and Finance Hiring.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and employer branding techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
- Exposure to the Financial Services industry with career growth opportunities.
