Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition HR Business Partner (HRBP) Specializing in SAP Hiring to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to fulfill critical SAP resource requirements. The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition practices and organizational goals.

SAP SD, SAP TM, SAP GTS, SAP MDG, SAP Ariba, SAP QM, SAP BI AI Lead, SAP BI Consultant, SuccessFactors, HANA

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Strategy & Planning

- Partner with business leaders to understand SAP hiring needs and workforce planning.

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to niche SAP skill sets.

Recruitment Execution

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

- Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and vendor partnerships) to attract top SAP talent.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a trusted HRBP to SAP practice leaders, providing insights on market trends and talent availability.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies.

Employer Branding

- Promote the organization as an employer of choice for SAP professionals.

- Drive initiatives to enhance visibility in the SAP talent market.

Data & Compliance

- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and diversity hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in Talent acquisition, with at least 5 years focused on SAP Hiring.

- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SuccessFactors).

- Proven ability to source niche SAP talent in competitive markets.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR analytics tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
