The Role: This is a combined TA and HR role . This can be a good grooming ground for those who aspire for an all round HR role for a location Responsibilities: - Work as a trusted HR partner for our Pune development center, advise local leaders on HR issues - Understand hiring needs, position specifications and work with hiring managers actively in closing hiring requirements across Indian subcontinent - Represent important HR issues of employees and work with corporate teams for resolution - Work with hiring managers and technical teams to effectively hire top notch talent - Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of Applicant Tracking System - Manage end to end recruitment process including sourcing, selection, offer and joining Requirements: - Post graduate qualification, from a premier insitute - 2 to 3 years of technical recruiting experience in a high pressure, high volume environment - 2 to 3 years of experience in any other area of HR like general HR, Comp and Benefits, L&amp;D etc - Experience with applicant tracking systems - Attention to detail and meticulous organization skills are a must. - Keen eye towards metrics and data, both to self-manage and to facilitate data-driven conversations Additional Qualifications: - Extremely self-motivated with a sense of urgency at all times - Ability to work well with cross-functional teams - Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
