Job Responsibilities:

- Implement best practices in recruitment operations, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with global TA teams to align India hiring with overall organizational talent strategy.
- Leverage data- driven insights to optimize hiring processes and improve time- to- fill metrics.
Successful Applicant Profile:
- 12- 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring in India.
- Proven track record of leading TA functions in fast- paced environments, preferably within the startup ecosystem or high- growth tech companies.
- Hands- on leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership levels.
Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, analytics, and employer branding strategies.
