
Role Overview:
We are looking for a mid-level professional to manage full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level technical roles. This role is ideal for a recruiter who has hands-on experience hiring tech talent, understands common tech stacks, and can thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers and clients to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Tech Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for entry to mid-level technical roles, including:
- Software Engineers
- QA / Automation Engineers
- DevOps & Cloud Engineers
- Data Engineers / Data Analysts
- Product & Engineering support roles
- Understand core tech stacks and skill requirements such as Java, Python, Node.js, React, SQL, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Automation Testing, etc.
- Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and role fit.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: job intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, and offer support.
- Execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), referrals, and passive candidate outreach.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for recurring entry and mid-level tech roles.
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements, team structure, and hiring priorities.
- Share insights on candidate availability, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidate profiles while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide a smooth and transparent recruitment experience for candidates.
- Maintain regular communication, share feedback, and manage candidate expectations professionally.
- Act as a trusted point of contact throughout the hiring process.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring updates in the ATS/CRM.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline status, and offer closures.
- Support employer branding initiatives and hiring drives within tech communities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 - 6 years of experience in tech recruitment within a staffing firm, consultancy, or corporate TA team.
- Proven experience hiring entry to mid-level technology professionals.
- Strong understanding of technical job descriptions, SDLC basics, and commonly used programming languages and frameworks.
- Hands-on sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Strong communication, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tech requisitions simultaneously under tight timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Tech recruitment certifications are a plus.
