
Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant - Bulk Sales Hiring to manage high-volume recruitment for sales and revenue-focused roles. This role requires strong sourcing capability, speed of execution, and the ability to handle large pipelines while maintaining candidate quality and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Bulk Sales Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for sales roles such as:
- Inside Sales / Telesales Executives
- Field Sales / Area Sales Executives
- Business Development Executives
- Relationship Managers
- Channel / Dealer Sales Roles
- Screen candidates for sales aptitude, communication skills, target orientation, and cultural fit.
- Handle daily high-volume screening calls and interview coordination.
End-to-End Hiring Management
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer rollout, and joining management.
- Drive fast closures while meeting volume and timeline targets.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams for interview days, walk-ins, and mass hiring drives.
Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Build large talent pipelines using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), local databases, referrals, walk-in drives, social media, and campus/vendor channels.
- Leverage passive and active sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals.
- Maintain backup pipelines to minimize dropouts and no-shows.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with sales leaders and HR stakeholders to understand headcount plans, location-wise demand, and compensation structures.
- Share real-time hiring updates, funnel metrics, and closure status.
- Provide market insights on candidate availability, salary trends, and competitor hiring.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support
- Ensure clear communication on role expectations, incentives, targets, and growth paths.
- Manage offer acceptance, documentation, and pre-joining engagement to reduce attrition.
- Support onboarding coordination and joining-day readiness.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data in ATS/trackers for pipeline, offers, and joiners.
- Track key metrics such as daily screenings, interviews, offers, joining ratio, and TAT.
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns for frontline sales roles.
