WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment - from sourcing to on boarding

- Advise clients on talent strategies and market insights

- Build strong candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing tools

- Ensure seamless delivery with data-driven hiring excellence

WHAT YOU BRING:

- MBA in HR from a reputed institution

- 4 to 6 years of strong experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment

- Hands-on experience in tech-enabled recruitment processes will be a strong plus

- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and client management skills

- Proficiency in ATS tools and MS Office Suite with use of Tech and AI
