Job Summary:
The Head of HR will lead the Human Resources function across the organization, driving strategic HR initiatives, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. This role requires a strong leader who can align HR strategies with business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee performance management, career development, and succession planning processes.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and ethical standards.
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HRIS systems.
- Advise senior management on HR-related issues, workforce planning, and organizational change.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven experience (8-15 years) in HR leadership roles, preferably in [industry].
