About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition & HR leader to build and scale our hiring engine as we grow across India and the US.
This is not just a hiring role - you will own, design, and scale the entire talent function, working closely with founders to transition from founder-led hiring to a structured, high-performance hiring organization.

What You'll Own
Strategic Talent & HR Leadership
- Define and drive the TA & HR strategy aligned to business growth
- Partner with founders on workforce planning, org design, and hiring roadmap
- Bring in market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and hiring insights
- Gradually expand into broader HR leadership (policies, performance, onboarding, employee experience)
Hiring Ownership - India & US
- Own end-to-end hiring across India (tech + business roles)
- Build and scale US hiring capability (talent mapping, sourcing, offers)
- Personally drive leadership and critical hires (VPs, senior roles, niche positions)
- Implement structured, competency-based hiring frameworks
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and manage a TA & HR team (3 FTE)
- Define KPIs, hiring SLAs, and performance metrics
- Improve recruiter productivity, quality, and stakeholder alignment
- Build a high-performance, accountable hiring culture
Process Excellence & Hiring Analytics
- Own and optimize the ATS, hiring workflows, and dashboards
- Track and improve key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, quality of hire)
- Implement structured interviews, scorecards, and interviewer training
- Drive data-backed decision-making and bias reduction in hiring
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Build strong talent pipelines across India and US markets
- Strengthen employer brand in SaaS and startup ecosystems
- Ensure best-in-class candidate experience and communication
Broader HR & Organizational Impact
- Enhance onboarding and hiring manager enablement
- Partner on performance management, policies, and employee engagement
- Support HR foundations and compliance as the company scales
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / TA Leadership roles
- Strong background in B2B SaaS / Product startups (Series A-E preferred)
- Proven experience owning end-to-end hiring across India
- Exposure to US / global hiring markets
- Track record of hiring leadership, executive, and niche roles
- Experience leading and scaling TA / HR teams
- Strong expertise in ATS, hiring analytics, and process building
- Ability to work closely with founders and senior leadership
- Interest or exposure in broader HR responsibilities beyond TA
Mandatory Requirements
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment (India + global exposure)
- Strong experience in startup / high-growth environments
- Proven ability to build hiring processes and frameworks from scratch
- Experience in leadership hiring and stakeholder management
- Strong data-driven approach to hiring metrics and decision-making
