Besides being part of client engagements, hired candidates will be expected to participate in organization building including Business Development and policy & systems creation for Takshashila, exposure you will not receive at any other firm so early in your tenure.   Position: Senior Associate   Job Description:   - Communicate and contact the stakeholders of the project and deliver the desired output in conformance with the client expectation.   - Generating healthy contacts with relationship development key channel personnel and dealers. Exploring new market & identification of new client  - Formulating strategies for planning and achieving Sales, generating revenue, meeting the set targets in a given time frame by offering a complete range of services, increase share in the market higher then set targets.  - Ability to lead, control, motivate, trained and develop down line team.  - Market mapping, customer mapping, competitor mapping in the geography assigned.  - Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. Preparation of periodic sales reports, including daily activity matrix and calls/follow-ups made. Collect market intelligence and send to senior management.  - Be an integral part of the research and analytics in understanding the issue in hand.   - To implement strong management practices   - To structure work plans and to develop hypotheses and analysis to test them   Desired profile   - Graduate from a top Management institution (IIM, ISB, Ivy League or equivalent) or have a Masters degree from a top institution with a strong academic background.   - 2-4 years of management consulting, strategy or industry experience.   - Analytically oriented and resourceful individual with ability to solve problems in an ambiguous environment. Willingness to learn and stretch in accomplishing the desired output.   - Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must.
