Position: Engagement Manager (Strategy Consulting)
A. Company Description :
Takshashila Consulting is a boutique Management Consulting firm formed 15 + years back, by a team of ex McKinsey Consultants. The firm has experience to engage with large and mid-sized organizations and has built a repute & a strong presence in India and Middle East.
The firm is equipped with a multi-disciplinary and multi-sectoral experience, mainly in industries such as Banking, Telecom, Renewable Energy, Pharmaceutical and Education etc.
B. Project Location: Noida and Delhi
C. Responsibilities :
- Deliver insights to the Senior leadership team (CEO, CXO, CFO) that drive decision-making on the critical initiatives; Develop complete and well, thought out execution plans that incorporate sound contingency and risk assessments to facilitate decision making and drive timely execution.
- Active involvement in projects from initiation to delivery of complex analyses, metrics and sustained engagement at all levels of the organization
- Provide insights and directions to key affiliates in identifying strategic imperative
- End -to-end management of internal consulting team of 3-5 consultants and their work delivery
D. Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
- MBA from a top institution (IIMs/XLRIs/XIMBs/IITs) with a strong academic background
- 7-10 years of Work Experience in frontend Business/Strategy Consulting is a must
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
- Analytically oriented and resourceful individual with ability to solve problems in an ambiguous environment
