The firm is equipped with a multi-disciplinary and multi-sectoral experience, mainly in industries such as Banking, Telecom, Renewable Energy, Pharmaceutical and Education etc.
B. A glimpse into what you might be required to do in our engagement:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on sectors and competitors to support data-driven decisions and help close performance gaps.
- Drive end-to-end project management across functions, delivering operational improvements aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Enhance operational excellence by implementing SOP, training programs, and quality control to ensure consistency and high performance, while promoting efficient daily practices and best-in-class standards.
- Collaborate with management to identify operational gaps, prioritize opportunities, and implement innovative process improvements for business transformation.
- To serve as liaison between internal teams and create synergy to ensure all project targets and requirements are met
- Be part of the program management office to take end-to-end ownership of existing initiatives
C. Desired Skillset and Experience
- Under graduation from a top institution with a strong academic background is a must
- 1-3 years of Management Consulting, Strategy, or Industry Experience
- Experience in Digital, Retail, Cement, Pharma and Automotive will be preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
- Analytically oriented (R/Python/Tableau/Power BI) is a must and resourceful individual with ability to solve problems in an ambiguous environment
- Strong presentation skills, both spoken and written are a must
- Ability to handle people at different levels of hierarchy
- Exposure to Windows Office and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power Point is a must
