- We are hiring an experienced Finance Manager who can manage all accounting, compliance, and financial reporting functions for the organization.

- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and operational accounting expertise with a focus on compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliations in Tally.

- Ensure timely compliance and filings for GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC.

- Support audits, tax assessments, and statutory reporting.

- Oversee payroll entries, reimbursements, vendor payments, and intercompany transactions.

- Prepare and present MIS reports and financial statements accurately.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance.

- Strong understanding of Tally ERP, Indian Taxation, and Payroll.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Prior experience in handling multi-country finance operations is a plus.
