Role:


The Creative Lead within the Bids & Proposal Management team is responsible for elevating the visual and narrative quality of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials. This role combines strategic thinking, design expertise, and storytelling to create compelling, brand-aligned content that differentiates our bids in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:


Creative Strategy & Design:

- Develop and implement creative concepts for proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses.

- Ensure all bid materials adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining innovation and visual impact.

Content Collaboration:

- Work closely with bid managers, business development teams to translate content into engaging, client-centric narratives.

- Provide guidance on tone, structure, and visual hierarchy for maximum clarity and persuasion.

Brand & Quality Assurance:

- Maintain consistency in design standards across all bid documents.

- Review and refine content for visual appeal, readability, and alignment with client expectations.

Innovation & Tools:

- Introduce new design tools, templates, and best practices to streamline creative processes.

- Stay updated on industry trends, part of a bid & proposals and or creative design community

Project Management:

- Manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.

- Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers, when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


- Degree in design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in creative design, preferably within bid management, marketing, or consulting environments.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other design tools.

- Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and persuasive communication.

- Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience in B2B proposals or complex solution selling.

- Ability to simplify technical concepts into visually compelling narratives.

- Strong portfolio showcasing design and creative skills.
