TAC Security - Manager - Corporate Media & Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities:

Media & PR (External Communications):

- Develop and execute U.S.-focused media and communications strategies to increase TAC Securitys and CyberScope visibility.

- Manage relationships with top-tier U.S. media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies.

- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and thought-leadership articles.

- Support corporate announcements (e.g., bonus issue, partnerships, product launches) with U.S. media coverage.

- Align messaging with global brand and regulatory requirements.

Investor Relations (Capital Markets):

- Act as a bridge between TAC Security, CyberScope and U.S. investors, analysts, and financial media.

- Prepare investor-facing materials including presentations, fact sheets, press releases, and FAQs.

- Coordinate financial communications, earnings releases, and analyst briefings.

- Monitor U.S. market sentiment, investor queries, and competitor communication strategies.

- Support the leadership team during U.S. roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings.

Cross-functional Leadership:

- Work closely with CEO, Chief of Staff, Finance, and PR/IR advisors.

- Ensure consistency of key messages across press, social media, and investor channels.

- Provide insights to leadership on U.S. capital market trends and media opportunities.
