Purpose of the Role:

To lead the Investor Relations function at Table Space and act as the key interface between the organization and the investor community. The role will be responsible for building and communicating the company's investment story, managing investor relationships, providing market and valuation insights to leadership, and ensuring consistent and credible communication of business and financial performance.

- 3. Large listed or pre-IPO organizations

- 4. Investment Banking / Institutional Equities

Preferred Qualification and Experience:

- 1. 15 - 20 years of relevant experience across Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Equity Research, Investment Banking or related areas.

- 2. CA / CFA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 3. Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, capital markets and investor expectations.

- 4. Demonstrated experience interacting with institutional investors, analysts, funds and senior leadership.

Role and Responsibilities:

- 1. Lead the Investor Relations function and manage relationships with existing and prospective institutional investors, analysts and other key stakeholders.

- 2. Develop and articulate Table Space's investment and equity story, including business performance, growth strategy and financial outlook.

- 3. Partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to prepare for investor meetings, roadshows and other investor interactions.

- 4. Lead preparation of investor presentations, financial and business updates, management talking points and other IR communication.

- 5. Provide investors with a clear understanding of the company's financial performance, business model, strategy and key operating metrics.

- 6. Track capital markets, industry trends, peer performance and valuations and provide relevant insights to the CFO and leadership team.

- 7. Capture investor feedback and market perception and provide actionable insights to senior management.

- 8. Partner with Finance, Legal and Secretarial teams to ensure accuracy, consistency and appropriate governance of investor communication.

- 9. Support capital raising and other strategic capital-market initiatives as required.
