Role Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in driving requirement discovery, solution alignment, and successful delivery of technology-driven initiatives.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, client-facing exposure, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders and clients to understand business goals, challenges, and functional requirements
- Lead requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Document and manage Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical and delivery teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams during solution design and implementation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
- Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test scenarios, coordinating execution, and validating outcomes
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify process gaps and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
- Support change management and post-implementation reviews
Required Experience and Skills:
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software services organizations
- Strong experience working in client-facing roles with senior business stakeholders
- Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum delivery environments
- Strong documentation skills with hands-on experience in BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar
- Solid understanding of SDLC and technology-driven solution delivery
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Skills and Exposure:
- Experience working on digital transformation, SaaS, enterprise, or cloud-based applications
- Exposure to data-driven systems, analytics platforms, or modern application architectures
- Prior experience handling UAT planning and execution independently
- Ability to mentor junior Business Analysts
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Client-first mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment
