Job Overview: The Senior Manager - Marketing Operations, will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, drive lead generation, and support business objectives. - This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution skills. - The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in overseeing marketing operations, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: - Overall Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement the digital and offline marketing strategies in alignment to TAAL Tech's goals. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape. - Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and events. - Team Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the 3-member marketing team through collaboration, guidance, and support. - Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. - Monitor expenses and report on financial performance. - Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the TAAL Tech's brand visibility and positioning. - Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing performance metrics and present regular reports to senior management with actionable insights. - Stakeholder/Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with sales, delivery, and other departments to support business objectives. - Build strong relationships with vendors. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or any related field. - MBA is an advantage. - 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. - Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. - Proficiency in marketing software/tools (e. , Zoho Marketing, Google Analytics, GSC, WordPress, Adobe, etc. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
