T and T Infra Limited - Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chartered Accountant to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Prepare and finalize financial statements as per statutory requirements and accounting standards

- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with organizational goals

- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and fund flow positions

- Drive strategic financial planning to support business goals and expansion

- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for business decision-making

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for statutory and internal audits

- Ensure timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns and overall compliance

- Implement internal financial controls and process improvements

- Support management in business development planning and financial modeling

- Analyze variances from budgets and report corrective actions to management

- Prepare management reports, MIS, and board presentations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business strategy

Key Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), Companies Act, and taxation laws

- Proven experience in financial statement preparation and finalization

- Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Ability to interpret financial data and provide business insights

- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Tally/MS Dynamics or similar)

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with senior stakeholders

- High attention to detail and organizational skills

- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior finance team members.
