
Job Description: Ads & Marketing Specialist
About the Company:
We are the parent company of two fast-growing consumer electronics brands SYVO and
TYGOT, specializing in camera accessories and related electronics. We have a strong
presence across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Blinkit
and are expanding in India and the MENA region.
Role: Ads & Marketing Specialist
Location: Punjabi Bagh
Department: Ads & Marketing / Growth
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Advertising:
- Manage day-to-day advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart,and other marketplaces.
- Handle Sponsored Ads, keyword research, bid optimization, campaign structuring, and daily performance tracking.
- Plan and execute advertising budgets to achieve ROAS, sales, and visibility targets.
- Monitor campaigns regularly and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Work on A/B testing of ads, creatives, keywords, and audience targeting.
- Stay updated with new advertising features, platform changes, and best practices.
Performance Optimization:
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement keyword expansion, negative keyword strategies, and automated rules.
- Work with 3rd-party tools for reporting, automation, and optimization (if applicable).
- Ensure campaigns maintain high efficiency in terms of CPC, CVR, ACOS, and ROAS.
Marketing & Brand Support:
- Support the marketing team with campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and influencer collaborations.
- Assist in developing creatives, ad copies, and marketing communication aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support new product launches with keyword planning, ad setup, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with brand, merchandising, and operations teams for aligned execution.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare weekly and monthly advertising performance reports.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior team members.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and internal stakeholders for campaign improvements.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, tracking issues, and resolving them quickly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-4 years of experience in marketplace advertising (Amazon/Flipkart/Noon experience required).
- Solid understanding of Sponsored Ads, bidding strategies, keyword optimization, and campaign analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketplace tools (Helium10, DataHawk, Pacvue, etc.) is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
