Sales Manager (DFIR)

Role Description:


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) at SysTools in Pune. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing robust sales strategies, actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.


This role demands close collaboration with the technical team to ensure a comprehensive understanding and effective promotion of SysTools' cutting-edge DFIR solutions.


The Sales Manager DFIR will be responsible for consistently achieving sales targets and making significant contributions to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for DFIR solutions.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client acquisitions.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

- Collaborate with the technical team to understand and promote DFIR solutions.

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

- Contribute to the overall growth and market expansion of SysTools.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR).

- Proven expertise in sales management and business development.

- Strong understanding of Cyber Security principles and various security solutions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

Education:

- Master's degree in a related field.

Skills Required:

- Domain Expertise: Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR), Cyber Security.

- Sales & Business Development: Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, Presentation Skills, Sales Target Achievement.

- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication (written and verbal), Teamwork, Collaboration.

- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.

- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
