Job Summary:
- Driving one of the most important functions of the company Sales.
- Customer facing role.
- Converting potential customers to actual buyers.
- Identify new applications, new segments and grow business.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective lead generation.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Key Interface between the customer and all relevant divisions such as production planning.
- Drive targets and collection by improving communication through emails, meetings, calls.
- Establish relationship with clients and provide high standard of customer service continually.
- Manage and control credit of customers through effective follow ups, meetings, field visits.
- Constantly support and handhold customers for all enquires, payments, complaints, rejections, technical queries etc.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate (any stream) + MBA (preferred).
- Location Mumbai, Delhi , Daman/ Silvassa.
- Experience in B2B Sales, managing sales through OEMs/traders, Industrial sales, Engineering products etc. is a must.
- With an experience of 8+ years.
- Should be comfortable with travel within India.
- Preferred personality traits.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Team management should own people and train them.
- Exhibit confidence and foresight in soliciting for new businesses and reactivating old accounts.
- Ability to work out sales deals that will accomplish budgeted margins and correspond to the company's sales policies.
- Strong competence in working efficiently in a complex multi-faceted setting.
