Senior Account Manager Recruitment (5+ years of experience).

Job Title: Senior Account Manager Implementation Partners.

ONSITE ROLE ONLY NO REMOTE OPTION.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably working with implementation partners, MSP (Manager Service Provider) or in a similar industry.

- Hands-on in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acts as the main point of contact (POC) for their recruitment needs, and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication, successful placements and revenue growth.

- Advanced knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple large accounts, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet revenue targets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow existing implementation partner accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and revenue growth.

- Develop and execute complex recruitment strategies to meet client needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at implementation partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and grow the account pipeline.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process and client satisfaction.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the recruitment team
