Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update resource management data (demand and supply) in internal systems.
- Provide regular MIS reports and analytics to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations teams for effective resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes such as time entry and reporting.
- Support recruitment and hiring processes as required.
- Coordinate scheduling activities within the Consulting organization.
- Assign consultants (employees and subcontractors) to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements.
- Assist in balancing project needs with consultant development goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project coordination.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis and reporting).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Experience in consulting or professional services is an added advantage.
