Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

- Create clear functional specifications, process flows, and user stories

- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately

- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for new initiatives

- Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization

- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with business teams for sign-offs

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management

- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT / product / services companies

- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation

- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Good to Have:

- Experience in domains such as BFSI, e-commerce, or SaaS

- Familiarity with wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Figma, etc.)

- Basic understanding of databases and APIs

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
