Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end I2P process knowledge along with hands-on experience in finance technology solutions and SAP implementation programs.

Accountabilities

- Lead the Invoice to Pay (I2P) process and solution portfolio, driving process standardization, optimization, and digital transformation.

- Manage a portfolio of multiple initiatives, ensuring successful delivery across project timelines, quality, budget, and business outcomes.

- Lead cross-functional teams and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

- Partner with global business stakeholders, IT, and system integrators to define and implement scalable finance solutions.

- Drive solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities for SAP S/4HANA initiatives.

- Manage governance, risks, escalations, and stakeholder communications across multiple programs.

- Act as a bridge between business process requirements and technology solutions to ensure effective end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Finance Process & Technology, with deep expertise in the Invoice to Pay domain.

- Strong end-to-end understanding of Invoice to Pay processes, including invoice processing, approvals, exception handling, vendor management, and payment processes.

Hands-on experience with:

- SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)

- Intelligent Capture

- SAP Concur

- SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs

- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, including solution design, testing, deployment, and business adoption.

- Experience managing a portfolio of multiple projects or a strategic book of work simultaneously.

- Strong people leadership experience, including managing high-performing teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Experience working in a global, matrix organization is highly desirable.
