JOB PURPOSE (Briefly describe the objectives of the job): This position will help Syngene find the best talent across the company. The incumbent will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, monthly business reviews, ensure great relationships with stakeholders and prioritize time in an extremely fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs, define job requirements, and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. - Proactively plan and execute recruitment activities to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. - Managing whole recruitment life cycle, ensuring fulfilment of organizations recruitment needs in accordance with given SLA's while ensuring system and process compliance. - Scouting for candidates through various Sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internal job postings, referrals, networking events, specialized sites, etc.) - Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to extend job offers to selected candidates. - Working with various stakeholders in requirement updates and analysis and reporting till closure. - Building different engagement plans to connect and follow up with candidates to ensure they are onboarded. - Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Understanding and demonstrating responsibility for the Safety of self & colleagues by following all safety protocols provided by Syngene. - Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting the company's values, culture, and career opportunities through various channels. - Adherence to all environment, health, and safety (EHS) policies & standards at all times in the workplace. - Wearing all PPE as required. - Adherence to all procedures related to Syngene' s data integrity policies. - Compliance to Syngene' s quality standards at all times.
