SYNERGYLABS TECHNOLOGY.8 - 12 yrs.Panipat/Gurgaon/Gurugram/Haryana

Posted 1 week ago

- Built a consumer product from 0 - 1

- Personally drove product decisions rather than just writing PRDs

- Has shipped products users genuinely love

- Understands growth + activation + retention, not just features

- Can work extremely closely with engineers/designers

- Is comfortable using AI/vibe coding themselves

- Has strong product taste

- Can move from idea - prototype - user - iteration in days

- Has actually killed bad ideas quickly

- Ideally has built something with 100k+ users or meaningful revenue

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-ownership Product Leader who has the ability to build a consumer product from 0 - 1 and take it from an early idea to a product that users genuinely love.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role focused primarily on writing PRDs, managing backlogs, or coordinating teams. We are looking for someone who personally drives product decisions, experiments rapidly, works closely with engineering and design, and is comfortable getting hands-on with AI and vibe coding.

You should be someone who can move extremely quickly: Idea - Prototype - User - Feedback - Iteration - Growth.

The ideal candidate has strong product instincts, excellent product taste, and a track record of building products that achieved meaningful user adoption, engagement, or revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build Products from 0 - 1:

- Own the complete product journey from idea to launch.

- Identify meaningful consumer problems and turn them into compelling product experiences.

- Build prototypes and validate concepts quickly before investing significant engineering resources.

- Move from idea - prototype - real users - iteration in days, not months.

- Take complete ownership of product outcomes rather than simply managing processes.

2. Drive Product Decisions:

- Personally make product decisions based on user needs, data, intuition, and experimentation.

- Go beyond writing PRDs and actively shape what should be built, why it should be built, and how it should work.

- Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.

- Have the confidence to make decisions with incomplete information.

3. Build Products Users Love:

- Develop products with exceptional usability, simplicity, and consumer appeal.

- Demonstrate strong product taste and attention to detail.

- Understand what makes a product intuitive, engaging, differentiated, and habit-forming.

- Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and behavior.

4. Own Growth, Activation & Retention:

- Think beyond feature delivery and take ownership of user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, referral/virality, and revenue.

- Define and track meaningful product metrics.

- Run experiments to improve user journeys and growth loops.

- Understand why users adopt a product, stay with it, or churn.

5. Work Closely with Engineering & Design:

- Partner closely with engineers and designers throughout the product development process.

- Translate ideas into clear product experiences without becoming a bottleneck.

- Participate actively in product design, prototyping, testing, and iteration.

- Be comfortable discussing technical possibilities and trade-offs with engineering teams.

6. Be Hands-On with AI & Vibe Coding:

- Comfortable using modern AI tools to rapidly prototype and test ideas.

- Should be capable of vibe coding/AI-assisted development rather than depending entirely on engineering for every prototype.

- Use AI tools to create functional prototypes, automate workflows, analyze user feedback, and accelerate experimentation.

- Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

7. Kill Bad Ideas Quickly:

- Strong belief in experimentation and fast validation.

- Willing to kill, pivot, or significantly change ideas that do not demonstrate user demand.

- Avoid spending months building products without evidence of product-market fit.

- Know when to persevere and when to walk away.

What We Are Looking For:

Must-Have:

- Proven experience building a consumer-facing product from 0 - 1.

- Strong ownership of actual product decisions, not just documentation or project management.

- Experience launching products that achieved meaningful user adoption, engagement, or revenue.

- Strong understanding of growth, activation, retention, and product-led growth.

- Excellent product intuition and product taste.

- Ability to work extremely closely with engineering and design teams.

- Strong experimentation and rapid iteration mindset.

- Comfortable using AI tools, no-code/low-code tools, or AI-assisted coding/vibe coding to build prototypes.

- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, highly ambiguous startup environment.

Strong Plus:

- Has built a product with 100k+ users.

- Has generated meaningful revenue from a product they helped build.

- Has experience taking a product from 0 - 1 and scaling it beyond initial product-market fit.

- Has launched multiple products or startups.

- Experience with consumer internet, SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, social, AI products, mobile apps, or other high-scale digital products.

- Experience working directly with founders or as an early product hire.

- Technical understanding sufficient to prototype and communicate effectively with engineers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Builds, rather than only manages.

- Ships, rather than endlessly plans.

- Talks to users, rather than relying only on assumptions.

- Experiments, rather than debates.

- Kills bad ideas quickly.

- Has strong product taste.

- Understands growth as deeply as features.

- Can use AI to dramatically increase their speed.

- Can turn an idea into something real within days.

Success in This Role:

In the first 6-12 months, success would mean taking multiple product ideas from concept to working prototypes, quickly identifying the ideas with genuine consumer demand, launching and iterating a core consumer product, establishing strong activation and retention loops, building a meaningful user base, creating measurable product and business impact, and developing a product that users genuinely love and repeatedly use.

Why This Role Is Different:

This is a role for someone who wants to build, not simply manage. You will have significant ownership over the product and will work directly with founders, engineers, designers, and users. If you have ever looked at a product and thought, I would build this differently, and then actually went ahead and built it, we want to hear from you.
