HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities: 1. Resolve employee relations issues and address employee grievances by proactively partnering with employees on a regular basis 2. Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution 5. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills 5. Meticulous, hard-working, and goal-driven 6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company 7. Certification in the area of Talent Measurement and Retention tools and instruments is good to have The candidate should be a quick learner and should be up to date with current trends in people practices.
