About the job:

SymphonyAI Financial Services is a global leader in innovative software for regulatory compliance, fraud and financial crime detection, investigation and reporting. We provide financial crime, risk management, and fraud detection and prevention solutions across banking, financial markets, and insurance. We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who will focus on the support, design and deployment of our Sensa-NetReveal product to a number of our key, high profile customers.

What you will do:

- Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end AI-driven solutions, leveraging cloud platforms, data pipelines, and machine learning frameworks tailored to client requirements.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand business goals, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical architectures.

- Forward Deployment Engineering: Lead the hands-on implementation and deployment of AI models, ensuring seamless integration with client systems.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Business Development: Provide direction and leadership to technical teams when targeting major opportunities and developing proposals.

- Risk Management: Own and manage technical and solution risks, continuously working to reduce and mitigate risks swiftly.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends, tools, and deployment strategies.

- Delivery Assurance: Oversee design implementation and work with quality/test management functions to ensure fit-for-purpose delivery.

What we are looking for:

- 10+ years in software application domain and 5+ years architecture / design experience.

- Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills.

- Experience with API integration technologies such as REST and GraphQL.

- Experience with big data technology such as Spark and Kafka.

- Experience in databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL.

- Hands-on experience with modern deployment tools (GitHub/GitHub Actions, Helm, Docker) and practices.

- Hands-on experience with forward deployment engineering, including MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Proficient with AI/ML frameworks.

- Experience working on Application Servers such as JBOSS, Websphere, WildFly.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering AI-driven projects from concept to production.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and fast-paced deployment cycles.
