We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementation projects for financial services clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, client engagement and delivery governance, preferably within banking, financial services or enterprise technology environments.

The role requires the ability to manage complex implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise software implementation and professional services engagements.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets and resource requirements.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and delivery roadmaps.

- Manage project execution while ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope and quality standards.

- Coordinate with engineering, product, implementation, QA and business teams.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct regular project status meetings, steering committee reviews and stakeholder updates.

- Identify project risks, dependencies and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Monitor project progress, resource utilization, budgets and delivery performance.

- Manage scope changes, escalations and client expectations.

- Ensure proper project documentation, governance, reporting and compliance with organizational standards.

- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.

- Support project closure, handover and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10 - 12 years of overall experience in project management and enterprise technology delivery.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end software implementation or professional services projects.

- Experience working with financial services clients, preferably banking or financial institutions.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

- Experience in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation and delivery governance.

- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams across technical and business functions.

- Strong risk management, issue resolution and escalation management capabilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or similar platforms.

- Excellent presentation, reporting and documentation skills.

Good to Have:

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification.

- Experience with SaaS or enterprise software implementation projects.

- Exposure to banking platforms, financial services technology or regulatory environments.

- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and international clients.

- Knowledge of cloud-based software solutions and enterprise application architectures.
