Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong exposure to pharmaceutical sales - covering B2B, API sales, formulation sales, institutional sales, or domestic/international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities in API, intermediates, formulations, or CDMO projects.
- Build relationships with pharma clients, distributors, and global buyers.
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, manage pricing & negotiations.
- Achieve revenue targets and expand customer base.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product mapping.
- Represent the company at pharma events, exhibitions, and webinars.
- Coordinate with operations, QA/QC, RA, and SCM for order execution.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of pharma sales experience.
- Strong existing network in API/FDF/CDMO preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle domestic and/or international clients.
