Symed Labs - Project Manager

Role Overview :

Looking for a Project Manager experienced in coordinating pharma development/manufacturing projects, ensuring seamless execution across internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end project execution for pharma development or manufacturing (API/FDF).

- Coordinate with R&D, QA, QC, RA, SCM, and Production for project timelines.

- Handle customer communication, project updates, and documentation.

- Prepare project plans, trackers, MOMs, and milestone reports.

- Support regulatory and tech-transfer activities.

- Identify risks, delays, and ensure corrective actions.

- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure project delivery as per scope.

Requirements :

- 3-10 years' experience in pharma project management.

- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder-handling skills.

- Understanding of GMP, documentation, formulation/API processes.

- PMP certification is a plus.
