About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical accounting expertise, financial analysis skills, and strategic business acumen. This role will be central to managing core financial processes, ensuring compliance, optimizing financial performance, and driving technology-enabled finance transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Control

- Lead and manage end-to-end finance functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), payroll processing, and reconciliations.

- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).

- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes with appropriate reconciliations and supporting documentation.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity.

- Optimize treasury operations, including fund flow management, short-term investments, and banking relationships.

Budgeting & Forecasting

- Drive the annual budgeting process across all departments ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

- Prepare financial forecasts, rolling budgets, and scenario analysis to guide executive decision-making.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Develop and present accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to management and stakeholders.

- Conduct deep-dive financial and cost-benefit analyses to support investment decisions and resource allocation.

Audit, Taxation, and Compliance

- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax filings (Direct and Indirect Taxation) in accordance with applicable laws.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal control frameworks including SOX or equivalent.

Systems, Tools & Process Optimization

- Evaluate, implement, and enhance ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, NetSuite) and financial tools to increase automation and reporting accuracy.

- Lead digital transformation initiatives in the finance domain, including the adoption of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and RPA for transaction processing.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with business units including Sales, Operations, IT, Procurement, and HR to deliver financial insights and enable informed decision-making.

- Participate in pricing strategies, cost optimization projects, and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Leadership & Team Development

- Mentor, train, and lead a high-performing finance team fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous learning.

- Build capabilities within the team for strategic thinking, financial modeling, and technology adoption.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.

- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong command over accounting principles, taxation, and compliance frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or NetSuite) and financial reporting tools.

- Proven ability to perform complex financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical reporting.

Technical Skills

- Accounting Standards: IFRS, GAAP

- ERP Tools: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics (at least one)

- Data Analytics & Reporting Tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau
