Designation: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Organization: SwitchON Foundation
- End-to-End Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates to provide feedback and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer Management: Support in preparing offer letters and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed before onboarding.
- HR Support: Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, document collection, and maintenance of personnel records.
