Job Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager to support our Project Management Office (PMO) and Data Analytics functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving project governance, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making across strategic initiatives.
Accountabilities & Activities:
1. Business & Financial:
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget and scope.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Support knowledge sharing and promote best practices in project and data management.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Others:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Uptime Solutions and ITMS initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Support the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder reports.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Implement and uphold PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices across all projects.
- Deliver actionable insights using data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and tracking performance metrics to ensure project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, IT governance standards, and external regulations.
Qualifications: B.E
Requirement:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with data modeling and statistical analysis.
