Role summary: As the HR Talent Engagement/ Business Partner Site Lead, you will serve as the primary HR point of contact for our Tirupati location. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring that HR processes and programs are effectively implemented and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. You will collaborate closely with site leadership to drive organizational success through talent management, workforce planning, and employee development. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES / JTBD: Strategic HR Leadership: - Develop and execute HR strategies that support the achievement of business goals and objectives. - Collaborate with site leadership to identify HR priorities and initiatives. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: - Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top talent. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with local universities and talent pipelines. - Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization. Employee Relations: - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. - Resolve employee relations issues effectively and in compliance with company policies and relevant laws. Performance Management: - Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations. - Work with managers to identify and address performance gaps and development opportunities. Talent Development and Training: - Identify training and development needs within the site and collaborate with the corporate HR team to implement training programs and initiatives. Workforce Planning; - Identify trends and make proactive recommendations for staffing adjustments. Employee Engagement and Culture: - Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Compliance and Legal: - Stay up-to-date with local / state labor laws and regulations. - Ensure HR practices, policies, and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws. HR Metrics and Reporting: - Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as and not limiting to turnover, absenteeism, incentive coverage, headcount, and diversity. - Use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
