About The Role:

We are seeking a strategic planning, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of all Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and the organizations overall Information Technology (IT) infrastructure.

The position ensures that all technology solutions are aligned with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, support cross-functional workflows, and deliver accurate, reliable data for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Strategy & Management:

- Lead the complete ERP lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to assess business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

- Oversee ERP system customization, integration with other business applications, and continuous process optimization.

- Manage ERP vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality delivery and support.

IT Infrastructure & Operations:

- Manage and maintain all corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity tools, and end-user hardware/software.

- Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance by implementing strong backup procedures and disaster recovery strategies.

- Develop and manage the annual IT and ERP budget, ensuring cost control, resource forecasting, and efficient utilization.

- Ensure all IT operations comply with internal IT policies, SOPs, and external regulatory standards.

Data Security & Risk Management:

- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and risk analyses across networks, applications, and systems.

- Perform ethical hacking and penetration testing to proactively identify potential security risks and loopholes.

- Recommend and implement security enhancements, such as firewall upgrades, anti-virus updates, and patch management protocols.

- Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices in cybersecurity.

- Implement and manage security tools like Data Loss Prevention (DLP), encryption, and data masking.

- Enforce access control policies, including user permission management and the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP).

- Oversee implementation and maintenance of strong authentication systems, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

- Ensure proper classification and protection of data according to sensitivity levels.

Team Leadership & User Support:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT and ERP specialists, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture.

- Act as an escalation point for complex ERP and IT-related issues, providing expert-level support.

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, user guides, and documentation for system users.

Project Management:

- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables for all major IT and ERP initiatives.

- Oversee project execution to ensure successful, timely delivery within budget and scope.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and transition.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT management, including at least 3+ years of hands-on ERP system management (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

- Strong technical knowledge in database management (SQL), networking, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.

- Proven leadership and team management capabilities with experience mentoring IT/ERP teams.

- Strong project management skills; PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.

- Excellent vendor management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions:

- Environment: Office setting.

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
