About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic AVP Brand Marketing to lead the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and innovation initiatives.
The role involves driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and commercial growth across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
- Define and execute brand positioning and messaging strategies to enhance market presence and differentiation.
- Prepare annual brand plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Drive profitability and commercial performance through strategic planning and marketing initiatives.
Marketing Campaigns & Media
- Lead and oversee ATL and BTL marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
- Approve media plans, recommend optimum media channels, and supervise media buying.
- Oversee content creation and creative planning to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Product Innovation & Launches
- Develop and implement product innovation roadmaps based on consumer insights and market trends.
- Conceptualize and launch new products and brand initiatives to drive relevance and growth.
Consumer Insights & Market Research
- Conduct market research and consumer studies to understand brand perception, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior.
- Monitor trends and insights to inform marketing strategy and campaigns.
Digital & D2C Initiatives
- Manage digital campaigns and direct-to-consumer initiatives to drive engagement, growth, and ROI.
- Optimize product, pricing, and channel strategies to enhance visibility and sales performance.
Events & Marketing Initiatives.
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact marketing initiatives, collaborations, and industry events.
- Ensure successful planning and execution of brand activations and experiential campaigns.
Stakeholder Management & Communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance for communication, brand reputation, and crisis management.
Performance Analysis & Operational Excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing initiatives using KPIs and dashboards.
- Implement processes to improve planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
Working Conditions.
Environment: Office setting.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
