Position Summary

- We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Marketing Specialist to manage and scale advertising campaigns across leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, and Zepto.

- The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and a data-first mindset to drive growth, optimize ad performance, and collaborate across teams for seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Campaign Management:

- Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD), Flipkart PLA, PCA, Quick Comm Ads Blinkit, Swiggy & Zepto etc.

- Monitor performance metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates across SKUs.

- Drive new product launches with visibility strategies (paid + organic push).

- Optimize keyword targeting, product placement, and sponsored listings.

Budgeting & Media Planning

- Allocate monthly performance budgets across channels and marketplaces.

- Track daily spends and performance to ensure profitability and goal alignment.

- Drive platform-specific promotional spends during sales/events (BBD, Prime Day, Pink Friday, etc.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze traffic, conversion, and retention metrics from marketplace dashboards (Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon PI, etc.

- Create and present performance reports with actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

- Maintain dashboards for campaign effectiveness, competitor benchmarking, and ROI.

Collaboration & Execution

- Work closely with marketplace account managers to identify growth opportunities.

- Coordinate with catalog, pricing, and supply chain teams to ensure campaign readiness.

- Align with brand and creative teams to build high-converting ad assets.
