What You'll OWN - Agentic AI first Marketing and Growth Charter-

We envision a 1 person Marketing team who will orchestrate Marketing Agents.

Its as if you are managing a swarm of task specific agents cutting across the below 7 streams:

Personalized Outbound Email Automation:

- Design and execute outbound sequences for prospecting (email & LinkedIn), including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking

Marketing Automation Setup:

- Own and optimize tools like Apollo.io, Lemlist, Sendgrid, Hunter, Bouncer, Phantombuster (and similar), set them up across teams, and maintain campaign hygiene and deliverability

Lifecycle & Drip Campaigns:

Run nurturing campaigns for leads, signups, and customers optimizing content, frequency, and conversions

- Content Marketing

Write long-form blogs, case studies, and founder-led content that ranks and resonates

- Website Messaging & Structure

Own the messaging and structure of the website collaborate with designers/devs, write/update copy, and maintain coherence across pages including SEO and PEO optimization

PR & External Comms:

- Manage our PR agency, draft authored articles or founder interviews, and ensure consistency of narrative across channels

Business Social Media:

- Manage our social media handles

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent and deep understanding of use of AI agents

- 3-7 years in Enterprise B2B marketing, especially early-stage/startups

- Hands-on with outbound tools (Apollo, Clay, Demandbase, Lemlist, Hubspot, etc.)

- A strong writer both short-form and long-form, with clarity and a sharp tone

- Comfortable managing tools, analytics, landing pages, and email systems

- Self-starter who can operate with minimal guidance and own large areas

- Bonus: exposure to SaaS, Enterprise IT or growth marketing in India
