We are looking for a Senior Manager who will own the full Revenue and Growth charter for our coreRestaurant Technology Solutions across cities. This role sits at the centre of business performance, partner success, and platform adoption.
What you will ownBusiness Ownership & Monetization:
- Deliver monthly adoption, active usage, and revenue targets for the Restaurant Technology Solutions platform.
- Build growth playbooks focused on partner acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Lead pricing, value proposition, and discounting strategies across various platform modules (e.g., Guest Engagement Tools, Digital Ordering).
- Drive usage growth by improving feature adoption funnels, optimizing rollout across city clusters, and building weekly activation calendars.
Partner Growth and Demand:
- Own partner acquisition (NU), usage (TU), and retention rates for the technology platform.
- Build strong city-based partner growth plans through segmentation, category insights, and field sales enablement.
- Own the partner-level platform experience to drive conversions and feature adoption for new, dormant, and active restaurant partners. Optimize and refresh partner-facing storefronts/dashboards.
- Own Partner Relationship Management (PRM) nudges across in-app messages, Email, WhatsApp, and other channels to drive feature usage.
- Build partner cohort-level engagement plans and a monthly campaign calendar aligned with business objectives.
- Drive experiments and measure performance to improve partner engagement and platform-driven consumer transactions.
Cross Functional Leadership:
- Work with Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver weekly performance.
- Build dashboards and forecasting models for platform adoption and revenue.
- Present weekly and monthly performance updates to leadership.
What makes you right for this role:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B/SaaS growth, consumer growth, or revenue-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of the restaurant industry, F&B operations, and digital enablement for small/medium businesses (SMBs).
- Comfortable with data, funnel thinking, and performance metrics (e.g., LTV, Churn, ARR/MRR).
- Flair for partner-facing content, sales storytelling, and simplifying complex technology into commercial value.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with ownership and pace.
- Strong stakeholder leadership across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
- Experience in building adoption for CRM or digital engagement platforms is a significant plus.
