Swiggy - Senior Manager - Growth

Key Responsibility:

- OPD Growth: Analyzing conversion & traffic trends, identifying key metrics, and planning initiatives to drive Indian Next & state level OPD growth.

- Strategic Deployment of Growth Investments: Strategizing allocation of investments at state/city levels, building and executing deployment frameworks, and optimizing spends to meet business goals.

- Analysis, RCAs (Root Cause Analyses), and Reporting: Building tracking mechanisms, driving data-backed decisions through RCAs and experiments, and owning review preparations (WBR/MBRs, H2/MOP).

- Goal Building: Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and building blocks for Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Quarterly Operating Plan (QOP), and Monthly Operating Plan (MOP) goals

Desired Skills:

- Total post MBA work experience of 5+ years, with prior experience in consulting, ecommerce or consumer tech companies

- Good understanding of product management and product led growth

- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to create detailed models from scratch

- Proficiency in Excel is required; SQL is preferred

- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and program manage multiple projects simultaneously
