Roles & responsibilities : - Drive sales, margin, Assortment and inventory productivity goals. - Establish relationships and negotiate agreements/deals with leading manufacturers and brands. Drive new product launches and additions in the category. - Coordinate inventory strategies with planning and replenishment teams - Developing appropriate assortment to maximize sales - Creating promotions for sales events - Negotiating terms and deals with vendor partners - Maintaining vendor relationships - Plan right product assortments of NPDs and review every quarter for efficiency and productivity of each city at PAN India level to stay relevant for customers. - Ownership like an entrepreneur / Be a merchant / Build the category with a long-term view deliverable - Plan, build & drive new categories to gain maximum share in a division- Managing monthly promo, space management, pricing store drive & Sales drive to meet monthly targets - Evaluate designs and prototypes for performance and reliability. - Manage product Packaging and branding by coordinating with agencies, vendors and other relevant departments. - Drive PL category sales growth, share, profitability, and NPD programme with customer engagement through shopper-focused solutions across range, activities, engagements, pricing, promotions & vendor management. Desired Skills : - Exp with 3-5 years of Ecommerce-MT Retail experience (must) - Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems - Identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs - Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. - Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential - Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills - Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
