Job Description - Work on some of the toughest and most exciting problems in the food and micro delivery space - Drive various programs centrally and in coordination with cities. - Stakeholder management (such as engineering teams, city operation teams, and business teams) - Responsible for end-to-end solution development and on ground roll- out of the projects - Be proficient in structured execution and problem solving as the role will be an amalgamation of these capabilities. - Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity. - Adopt industry best practices, create and implement playbooks for these programs. - Must have experience in team management and Vendor Management - Help implement new tools and technology to bring efficiency and process improvement - End to end ownership of the program- from conceptualizing to day to day operations. Requirements: - Proficiency on excel.
