Designation: Manager Projects

Location: Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai

Essential Qualifications: BE Electrical, Civil / Diploma

Experience: BE 6 8 years; Diploma 10-12 years

Industry: Construction Projects (Preferably Warehousing/ Retail/Telecom/ Ecommerce)

Skill Set Required:

- Able to lead a team of Engineers and handle one region/Zone

- Capable to handle four to five large warehouse projects and 10-20 dark stores at a time across regions.

- Able to read and implement drawings.

- Complete knowledge of either Electrical or Interior and Civil related Project works

- Knowledge of Racking, shelving would be an added advantage

- Driving Progress at site as per Management requirements

- Vendor and Internal Customer Management

- Ensuring works are carried out as per drawings and BOQ

- Ensuring works are completed on time and within budgets

- Reporting progress to management regularly and taking a lead / creating ROW for all stakeholders working at site

- Conversant with IS standards and relevant codes

- Proficiency in MS Projects

- Conversant of Statutory compliances required as per law of land

- Ensure Handing over of Completed sites to Operations/FM team with complete set of

- Handing over documents, As built Drawings, Warranty certificates, Final Bill copies of vendors, asset list etc

- Building highly engaged teams to realize the end objective of Management

- Raise Change Requests for additional scope /change in scope

- Ensure Vendor bills are certified on time; Extra items/NS items documented
