Analytics and Problem Solving : - Analyze discrepancies in cost and stress correlation to identify potential gaps in spending. Design new constructs which are more efficient thus enabling hiring, activation, engagement and retention of the fleet - Create strict reporting/alerting mechanisms to ensure that supply (DEs) and demand (orders) are always in sync on a hyperlocal/timezone level. This would require identifying and utilizing various levers to strike this sync. - You will assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations in these areas - Ensure that all experience indicators are continuously in check. Establish alerts to ensure all service metrics in all geo-graphies at all times are in check - Perform cost analysis and reporting as well as manage schedules, quality initiatives and process change initiatives - Improve the systems, processes and policies in the operations team to better support management reporting, information flow and relevant business metrics People Management: - Lead a team of Area Managers and FMs to establish data for consumer and market research - Establish and implement ways of working, KPIs, KRAs for effective management and utilisation of human capital at city level - Design and manage execution of the employee retention plan; Responsible for deciding on the staffing and training requirements for all the areas under your purview.
