Job Responsibility:
- Retention driver analytics: Quantify the impact of fees/pricing, service levels (SLA/delays), assortment & availability, search/UX, and loyalty benefits on repeat rate, churn, and LTV.
- Segmentation & targeting: Build actionable lifecycle segments (frequency, dormancy, category penetration, membership tiers) and size value pools for targeted programs.
- Experimentation & causality: Design/read A/Bs and quasi-experiments (holdouts, DiD, uplift/HTE); define MDEs, guardrails, and clear success criteria.
- Insight-to-action: Convert findings into CRM journeys, replenishment triggers, loyalty constructs (delivery benefits/thresholds), and product nudges (reorder, habit loops).
- Voice of Customer (right-sized): Run rapid surveys/intercepts to explain the "why"; triangulate qual + quant into testable hypotheses and creative briefs.
- Decision tools: Own self-serve dashboards for cohorts, repeat funnels, drop-offs, and offer ROI; maintain a clear source of truth for retention metrics.
