Job Description: - Responsible for monthly end to end closure of books on a timely basis including coordination with respective user departments. - Responsible for closure of indirect cost on monthly basis including reconciliation with system-based reports and other input based data reports to ensure end to end closure of accounting of monthly cost. - Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures (SOPs) for Indirect cost & FA by understanding & streamlining the current process - Train and lead the team for the Group and ensure the timely accounting and reporting of fixed assets of the Group. - Lead the Fixed assets automation charter for the Group, (Asset tagging, asset movement tracking,life cycle management) - Implementation of internal controls around fixed assets process across the Group and ensuring its effective adherence. - Technical evaluation of existing and potential updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets and ensuring its implementation including discussion with external technical consultants, preparation, and finalization of accounting memos for the reporting. - Supporting and timely closure of internal & External audits.
